The USER will choose the place of receipt of the merchandise at the time of ordering. TUC TUC LAB L.C., reserves the right to use all the necessary means to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer.

The delivery costs will be included during the purchase process each order, in the final price that should be paid by the customer, depending on the destination and weight of the products ordered.

If after 15 working days, since TUC TUC LAB L.C. confirmed the acceptance of the order, the USER does not receive it, the customer may contact TUC TUC LAB L.C., identifying his order. If it is impossible for us to make the delivery on the scheduled day and time, the courier company will contact the USER again to arrange a new date.

The USER will have to check at the time of receipt that everything requested in your order is in accordance with what has been received, as well as the state in which it is delivered. We kindly ask you to always open your order in the presence of the carrier, especially in those cases where there is an appearance of anomalies or damage to the packaging.

Any event such as force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport strike that delays, prevents or causes the supply to be exorbitant, constitutes, by express agreement, a suspension or termination clause of the obligations of TUC TUC LAB L.C., without compensation for the benefit of the USER if the event takes place for more than 15 days. In these circumstances, the USER will be completely and automatically exempted from their obligations regarding their order.

TUC TUC LAB L.C., will be responsible for informing the customer by any appropriate means and on the same day that said event occurs so that the customer can freely cancel the orders that he / she had placed by contacting the company by e-mail once the event has been notified.

SHIPMENTS

All shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Order shipments will be made through a specialized transport agency hired by TUC TUC LAB L.C..

All shipments will be served at the address indicated by the customer. However, it is reported that the transport company has an order not to manipulate the merchandise, so any action that includes manipulation of the order will be carried out by the customer or authorized personnel by the same, exonerating the transport agency already company from any contingency that may arise from such manipulation.

The exact delivery address must be indicated in the shipping details tab that appears during the purchase process. If you subsequently wish to modify any data, you can do so within 14 days of placing the order.

It will be the responsibility of the customer to organize the delivery in the case that it cannot be on the expected delivery date by the agency.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION FEES:

Zone A: Germany, France and Monaco. Fee: € 12.75 per package. Transit: 2-3 days depending on the time the order is placed.

Zone B: Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, (Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Man € 16.50). Fee: € 13.50 per package. Transit: 7-8 days depending on the time the order is placed.

Zone C: Denmark (does not include Greenland), Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Poland, Czech Republic. Fee: € 17.00 per package. Transit: 7-8 days depending on the time the order is placed.

Zone D: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden. Fee: € 23.00 per package. Transit: 7-8 days depending on the time the order is placed.

Observations:

For Corsica, there is no service.

Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, add € 3.00 to their respective fees.

Does not include Greenland. Transit days are approximate and depend on the time the order is placed and product availability.
