1 How do I cancel an order?

To proceed with the cancellation of the contracted service, it will be necessary to notify TUCTUCKIDS through the email tienda@tuctuckids.com or by phone xxxxxxx. Immediately, TUCTUCKIDS will contact the transport company to proceed with its cancellation. In the case that your shipment has been managed, it will NOT be possible to cancel it and it will have to be returned once received.En caso de anulación el importe pagado por el customere le será devuelto a la cuenta donde haya efectuado el pago.

2 How do I return an order?

The products have a legal guarantee of 2 years from the receipt of the order.

2.1 Withdrawal

In the case that the Customer is not satisfied with the products received in his order, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, he will have a period of 14 calendar days to return the products, without any penalty and without need to indicate the reasons, although you must pay the full cost of returning the order to TUCTUCKIDS.

Once the order is received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the full amount will be refunded under the terms established in RDL 1/2007, in accordance with the payment method made by the customer.

To make your return, you must Contact TUCTUCKIDS by phone XXXXXXX or email tienda@tuctuckids.com and reporting the return of the order.

In the case of return, the customer must send the order to TUCTUCKIDS assuming the shipping costs and the amount paid by the customer will be returned to the account where the payment has been made, excluding shipping costs.

2.2 Return for defects or wrong order

Returns of notebooks will be allowed in the case that the product is damaged by transport, the product is defective or does not correspond to the order placed.
