1. 1. Security when paying with cards

The security in the payment of a transaction is guaranteed by the system offered through the payment gateway. The moment you press the buy button in our shopping cart, the page will link to the bank directly, that is, when you provide the number of your card, you will be giving it directly to the bank without previously going through our page .

On our Page tuctuckids.com offers up to 4 payment methods:

- Credit or debit card (Visa, Visa electron, MasterCard).

Through our Virtual POS for electronic payments, in which the payment is made through a direct telematic connection between your company and a payment gateway; your data travels in an encrypted way so that it is indecipherable to third parties and the transaction is carried out safely. You only need to enter the numbering, the expiration date and the cvv security code, which consists of a code to validate the authenticity of your Visa or MasterCard payment card. This security code appears on the back of the card and is identified by the last three digits of the number.

- PayPal
This payment method allows you to pay with your PayPal account quickly and safely, without sharing financial information with TUCTUCKIDS. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal website, where you will enter the credentials of your PayPal account, accepting the payment and then to www.tuctuckids.com, where we will confirm your order. Once you have received the order confirmation, PayPal does not allow you to change the shipping address. When using this form of payment, only the items sent and at the time of preparation of the shipment will be charged. A pre-authorization of the total amount of your purchase will be shown in your bank account. This pre-authorization will be released automatically after 7 days, depending on your bank. Check all the details in your PayPal account.

- Transfer or deposit
For this option, we recommend sending an email to tienda@tuctuckids.com starting with the order number in the subject and attaching the transfer receipt to expedite the shipment. The order will not be considered effective until we confirm the corresponding income and, therefore, delivery times begin to run from this date. 3. 3. For what reasons can my credit card be rejected?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

- The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.

- The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.

- Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.

The bank pages will request your card details for verification. Once verified, your order will be processed.
