• 1. Steps to follow

You can add as many notebooks as you want to your shopping cart. When you have added all the notebooks that you want to purchase to your shopping cart, press the BUY button.

- If it is your first time to buy, you will have the option to buy without registration or if you prefer, you can register in TUCTUCKIDS to speed up future purchases and you will have to fill out a form that requests your personal information to register as a customer and your email address to which your order data will be sent (see registration conditions below and privacy policy).

- Your email address and the password you choose will be your access codes for future purchases, and also to access the consultation of previously placed orders. For registered users, only the credit card number will be requested, which is never stored (see registration conditions below and privacy policy).

• 2. The shopping cart

The shopping cart collects the notebooks you have selected for purchase. You can consult it every time you click on its icon and it will show you the chosen notebooks, the quantities and the total amounts of the order.

If you want to cancel a notebook from the basket, you just have to click on the "Delete" icon. The basket will store the list of items added to your basket, until they are confirmed or deleted.

• 3. My account

In MY ACCOUNT all the orders that you have made through our online sale are collected. Go to the "MY ACCOUNT" section from the button in the main navigation menu and enter the username and password that you received when you signed up. Once you access your account, you will be able to consult the order history and see the details of each of them.

REGISTRY

It is one of the options so that you can buy in the Online Store, that you register as a customer through the form enabled for this purpose, providing us with at least the personal data marked with an asterisk as "Required information" the Tax number data is necessary to the subsequent shipment of the order, although they are not mandatory for registration, we advise you to also provide us with the rest of the information that appears in the form, as this will help us to provide you with a better service.

You are responsible for the veracity, accuracy and updating of the information provided through the Online Store; In this regard, the use of false identities and the impersonation, in any way, of the identity of third parties (including the use of their data, passwords or keys) is prohibited.

The username or password that we provide you to access and use the Online Store must be guarded by you diligently, exonerating TUCTUCKIDS from any liability that may arise from the improper use of them, until you notify us of the loss or improper access by a third party.
